What is your cancellation policy?
Customers have until 2 weeks prior the arrival date to cancel for a $75.00 fee (3 weeks for reservation made on holidays), if cancelled within the 2 (or 3) weeks prior to arrival then the full amount of the reservation is due.
Is there a deposit?
The minimum deposit required to book is the first night’s rent; if made beyond our cancellation policy then the full amount of the reservation is required. In our rental agreements, customers agree to let MSVR charge up to $500 in the event of damage and/or extra cleaning.
I just booked a reservation, now what happens?
After the reservation has been submitted or taken by our reservationist; you will receive a confirmation email. A rental agreement and reservation policy will be sent as well which will need to be signed and returned before your stay. Once everything has been submitted, additional information for the rental will be sent out via email as a “Welcome Packet” or “2nd Packet.”
How do I receive my rental agreement? How do I sign and return it to the office?
Rental agreements are sent through Docusign via Linda Williamson’s email address. Once you open the email you can sign electronically using Docusign, or you can fax, or email the agreement back to office. You may also receive the agreement through the postal service if there is adequate time before your reservation to receive and return the agreement. For any questions or corrections to the rental agreement contact the reservationist.
How do I check in?
After the reservation is paid off and the rental agreement has been returned you will receive a “Welcome Packet” or “2nd Packet” which contains the address, directions, lockbox code, and directions for opening the lockbox. Our rentals have lockboxes located at the rental with the keys inside. You may travel directly to the rental; you do not have to stop by the office.
What is the weekly special?
Most of our rentals have a weekly special which is stay for 6 nights, get 1 night free.
I haven’t received any emails, what should I do?
During peak season, sometimes reservations can take a few days to process if there quite a few pending; however, if you don’t receive a confirmation email in the next few days contact the reservationist via phone or email to confirm your reservation and email address. Emails are sent through firstname.lastname@example.org; it may be a good idea to add this email address to your contacts list to avoid missing emails.
What if I don’t receive my Welcome (2nd) Packet?
The packets are sent from email@example.com; please confirm to the reservationist that you received your packet and have all the information you need. They are scheduled to go out 2 weeks prior to arrival and/or when the balance has been paid off and the rental agreement has been received. Check your spam and/or junk email folder. If you still haven’t received it, contact the office via phone or email.
