*** While this home does not have an air conditioner- it is easy to cool the house. Open all the windows at night and enjoy the cool air. In the morning, close all windows and keep them closed all day. This traps the cool air in and with the ceiling fan, and 2 oscillating fans, and a Standard Box Fan you should be very comfortable.
